About the Job


SIEMPRE, a multicultural creative marketing agency, is seeking a contract Social Media Strategist to join our team.

As a Social Media Strategist, you will play a crucial role in ideating and executing creative content strategies for our clients' social media accounts.

This position is mostly remote and candidates from any location are welcome to apply, but applicants located in the Los Angeles or San Francisco metropolitan area are preferred.

What You'll Do


As a Social Media Strategist, you'll be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies tailored to client needs and industry trends.
  • Ideating and creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences and enhances brand engagement.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborating with our social and creative team to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Staying on top of emerging social media trends and incorporate these insights into content strategies.
  • Assisting with influencer outreach and management.

What You Need


The ideal candidate for this position has:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and industry trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure social media performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • You'll need a laptop and smartphone.
