About the Job
SIEMPRE, a multicultural creative marketing agency, is seeking a contract Client & Project Coordinator to join our team.
We are seeking a highly-communicative and detail-oriented candidate with a strong interest in client and project coordination with at least 1 year of professional experience.
As a Client & Project Coordinator, you will work closely with all members of our team, including our Founder and Project Director, to help move forward communication with clients and projects as a whole. You’ll be responsible for reporting out to clients, verbalizing next steps to the teams, and making sure the job gets done. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and creative environment, where each day offers new challenges and opportunities.
What You'll Do
As a Client & Project Coordinator, you will:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing top-notch customer service and fostering strong client relationship
- Coordinate and manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all tasks are executed in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clarity in all communications and fostering a spirit of teamwork and collaboration
- Ensure all project details are executed meticulously, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
What You Need
The ideal candidate for this position has:
- Proven project management skills, demonstrating a track record of handling projects effectively and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with a knack for setting priorities, managing timelines, and making quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of accuracy in all tasks
- Strong communication skills and comfortability interacting with clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
- Proficiency in Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and Box. Knowledge of these platforms is highly desirable as they form a crucial part of our workflow
- Candidates based in Los Angeles will be given priority. However, we are open to exceptional talent from other locations
- An interest in music and entertainment is a plus. Our ideal candidate is someone who shares our passion for these industries and is eager to contribute their skills and knowledge to our team
